What this tool is, and what it isn't.
It orders an ingredient list, calculates declarable fragrance allergens from typical essential oil compositions,
and flags a small set of well-established preservative limits. It is not a safety assessment. It does not check
every restricted or banned substance, and composite raw materials are expanded using typical published
compositions — confirm both against your supplier's specification and the current Annexes before printing a label.
Selling a cosmetic in the UK or EU also requires a Cosmetic Product Safety Report, a Responsible Person,
portal notification and GMP manufacture.
